The Edelbrock Performer-Hyperlink True Rolling Timing Chain Set is used with both efficiency or inventory cams. This set has a solid-bushing chain for a real bearing floor that rolls with the sprockets, eliminating chain stretch. The crank gears are machined and constituted of billet SAE-1144 metal and induction heat-treated. The cam sprockets are constituted of 35, 000 PSI tensile energy forged iron. It has three keyways to make sure correct timing for early or late-model autos, and permits to set cam timing 4 levels superior, 4 levels retarded, or inventory. The Performer-Hyperlink timing units will not be to be used above 6, 500 RPM. The thrust bearing, offset bushings, gaskets, bolts and studs will not be included.
