Computer and office service technicians usually install, tune, test, calibrate, manage, and service computers including their peripheral and electronic equipment like printers, keyboards, scanners, optical drives, memory modules, hard drives, and other special electronic equipment used in several industries, offices, and several other facilities. They are also responsible for providing advice to the customers or users about any malfunction of computer and office systems. Computer and office machine service technicians mostly work in a team environment to increase productivity and improve quality of service. This means that they must work together to resolve problems that may arise. They can either work individually or in teams depending upon the demand of the job.
